South Philadelphia is all abuzz about The Witch. The area’s newest American bistro boasts a full bar, a relaxed atmosphere, and romantic ambience. Owners Dean Ward and Dan Gallagher say patrons will feel like they're dining in a posh center city restaurant upon entry. “We offer Center City food at neighborhood prices that can fit anyone’s budget,” Ward says. The menu offers a plethora of elegant dishes including scallops with pumpkin risotto. This chef specialty includes tender and creamy rice with pumpkin, cheese, and butter. The scallops are pan-seared until golden brown. So stop by The Witch and savor the smells, take in the scenery, and brew up a great time at South Philly’s newest bistro.
